How our corporate Mexican catering works in Bedgrove

It’s easy for work catering to leave people out. We plan vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options, with allergen information for every dish, so the whole team eats the same kind of meal. On the menu are burritos, quesadillas and burrito bowls, and it’s a good fit for product launches and open days and summer staff parties.

Teams near Bedgrove often go for an outdoor lunch or summer party. Let us know about the site, parking and power. We arrive ready to serve, and clear our own area when service is finished.

Bedgrove questions

Is Bedgrove close to London?

It’s about 36 miles from central London, and inside the area we cover.

Do you cater in the Chilterns National Landscape?

We do, where the venue allows a catering vehicle. Lanes can be narrow and ground soft, so tell us how we’d get in.

Can you plan for allergies?

We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, with allergen information for every dish. We plan carefully and keep options separate, though we cannot promise a dish is allergen-free. If a guest has a severe allergy, please talk to us before the event.

Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, they’re part of the planning from the start. Let us know how many vegetarian and vegan guests to expect, and we’ll keep their options separate.

Can you run a bar?

Yes. Our drinks bar can be booked on its own or with food, with alcohol-free options such as aguas frescas. For alcohol, we’ll check the licensing with you and your venue.

Are plates and napkins included?

We confirm that with your quote. Let us know what the venue supplies and we will talk it through.

Can you cater in a back garden?

That depends on access. A drive or a spot nearby may work, with permission, if the garden itself is out of reach. Tell us about the space and we’ll advise.

How much is a food truck for an event?

We quote for each event, so the price fits what you want. Tell us your date and numbers for a clear quote.

The process

On the day, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. We are ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. A lunchtime team event in Bedgrove has daylight all year, even in December when sunset is about 3:55pm. For an evening event later in the year, ask facilities about lighting the car park or courtyard.

  1. You send us the date, venue, headcount, timings and dietary needs.
  2. We confirm a menu and a quote, plus any documents the site needs from caterers.
  3. We agree access, parking, power and water with facilities.
  4. On the day we arrive, set up and serve at the agreed time.
  5. We clear away as soon as service ends.

Before we arrive

  • Ask the venue about power and water
  • Have level hardstanding or firm ground ready
  • Measure any gates or arches on the way in

Diets, allergies and planning

We cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free guests. To get it right:

  • Book a parking space or loading bay for the truck or trailer
  • Find out what paperwork the venue needs
  • Let us know how long people have to eat
  • Make sure there are alcohol-free drinks

We keep our serving area tidy and contained, and clear it away afterwards.

Aguas frescas and soft drinks for team days.

Should I do it myself?

Running your own drinks table is one option, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. Our margarita bar guide has tips.
