How it works
How it works
From your first message to the last taco.
Step by step
- Tell us about your event. The date, the venue or address, roughly how many guests, the kind of event and any dietary needs.
- We suggest a menu and send a quote. Tacos, burritos, bowls, nachos, a taco bar and drinks if you want them, with what’s included set out clearly.
- We plan the day. We agree arrival and serving times with you or your venue, and check access, parking, power and water.
- We serve your guests. We park up, set up and serve fresh from our truck or trailer, or from a taco bar.
- We pack down. When service ends, we clear our area and leave it tidy.
What the venue needs
- Level, firm ground or hardstanding for the truck or trailer
- Access wide and high enough to drive in, including gates and archways
- The venue’s or landowner’s permission
- Power and water, confirmed with each booking
- Space for a queue, and a table if you’re having a taco bar
Tell us about the space when you get in touch. If you’re not sure, send a photo of the spot and the way in.

Good to know
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Summer Saturdays book up first. Ask about your date even if it’s soon.
How much space do you need?
Room for the truck or trailer on level, firm ground or hardstanding, access wide and high enough to drive in, and space for a queue. Send us a photo of the spot and the way in.
What if it rains?
The truck serves in the rain, but guests need somewhere covered to eat and queue if possible. Soft, wet grass can stop a vehicle getting in, so we’ll agree a plan with you beforehand.
How long are you on site?
It depends on the menu, numbers and how long you want us to serve. We arrive in good time to set up, and we’ll agree the timings with you.
Do you need power and water?
We confirm power and water arrangements with each booking. Tell us what’s available at your venue.
