Can you cater a reception after a service at St. Mark’s?
Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.
Is the food made fresh?
Fillings are slow-cooked in advance, then finished and kept hot on site. The tortillas are warmed on site, and the salsas and guacamole are made fresh.

Our bar staff serve responsibly: under-18s get alcohol-free drinks only, with water and alcohol-free choices on hand.
How long do you serve for?
It depends on your event. Timings are agreed in advance to suit your day.
Do you do parties at home?
That depends on access. A drive or a spot nearby may work, with permission, if the garden itself is out of reach. Tell us about the space and we will advise.
Do you clear up afterwards?
We pack down and leave our area tidy. Tell us the venue’s rules on waste and clearing up and we will confirm the arrangements with your quote.
