Mexican bar hire near Paddock

Mexican bar hire in Paddock, served fresh

Serving alcohol at events needs a licence: a premises licence at the venue, or a Temporary Event Notice. We will talk licensing through with you. For taco nights and themed parties and product launches and client events, we’ll put together a menu of soft drinks, alcohol-free drinks and agua de jamaica.

Near Paddock, a drinks bar suits gardens, barns and marquees, given access. We will check the licensing with you. Your quote sets out what’s included: the menu, the service time and any extras you choose.

How it works

When service finishes, we pack up and leave our area tidy. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. In December, the light goes in Paddock at about 3:50pm, so plan where guests will gather, and how it will be lit. At midsummer, by contrast, sunset is around 9:15pm.

  1. You tell us the date, venue, guest numbers and the drinks you have in mind.
  2. We talk through licensing with you, whether that’s the venue’s licence or a Temporary Event Notice.
  3. We suggest a drinks list and send a quote.
  4. On the day, our bar staff serve drinks responsibly at the agreed times.
  5. We pack away when the bar shuts and leave the area tidy.

How to prepare

  • Check gates and access routes are wide and high enough
  • Check the venue is happy to have a truck or trailer on site
  • Give us a contact for the day

How to get a price

DIY taco night or a caterer?

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep tortillas warm in a covered basket, and label anything containing allergens.

Doing it yourself saves money, but the host ends up in the kitchen. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.

Organising for someone else?

Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: vehicle access, arrival times and documents. Send us your venue’s requirements and we will follow them.

If you are booking for a business, tell us what your finance team needs, and we will talk you through the process. We can work with your facilities team on access and timings.

FAQs for Paddock

Can you bring a truck or trailer to venues in the Kent Downs National Landscape?

Yes, though some venues in protected landscapes have extra rules; ask your venue. Tell us about narrow lanes and soft ground.

What’s the nearest station to Paddock for guests?

The closest is Charing station, roughly 3 miles away.

Will someone run the bar?

Bar staff are part of the service, and serve throughout the agreed hours.

What do you need at the venue?

A level, firm spot for the truck or trailer, with access wide and high enough to drive in, and the venue’s agreement. We confirm power and water with you for each booking.

What food and drinks do you offer?

Mexican street food: tacos and build-your-own taco bars, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. A drinks bar is available too.

How long do you serve for?

It depends on your event. We agree arrival, service and pack-down times with you so everything fits your schedule.

Do you do margaritas?

Yes, we offer a Mexican drinks bar, serving margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas such as hibiscus and horchata, and soft drinks. Your venue or event may need the right licence for alcohol, so we will talk licensing through with you.

Do you cover Paddock?

We do. We serve at events in Paddock and across Kent. Tell us your date and we’ll check availability.

Space, access and the venue

The route in matters as much as the spot itself. We look for:

  • A premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice in place
  • Details of power and water on site
  • Level, firm ground for the bar set-up

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we’ll advise before you book.

  • Plates, napkins and cutlery
  • Travel, parking and access
