We can, using corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but some fillings, sauces and toppings may not be, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

Food is cooked to order in our food truck or trailer, or served from a build-your-own taco bar. Fillings are slow-cooked beforehand and finished on site.

Yes, children are easy to plan for. Let us know numbers and ages, and we’ll suggest mild options.
How many guests can you serve?
It depends on the menu and how long service runs, but around 50 to 400 guests is the usual range. For anything outside that, ask us.

How it works
From set-up to service, we look after everything you’ve booked from us, so you can enjoy your event. Evening drinks in Ringwood stay light until about 8:55pm in late May and 9:25pm in late June, so a summer drinks bar can run into the evening in daylight. String lights or lanterns near the hatch make a later bar easier to find.
