How our Mexican party catering works in Denmead

It is easy to cater for all ages and diets. There are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options, and quesadillas go down well with children, with allergen information for every dish. It works well for family reunions and graduation celebrations, with loaded nachos, quesadillas and tacos.

In a place like Denmead, a garden party is usually the easiest option. Let us know how the truck or trailer can reach the garden, and we’ll plan the rest. We cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free guests, with allergen information for everything we serve.

The process

Once service is over, we pack down and clear our own area. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. At midsummer, it’s light in Denmead until about 9:20pm, so a garden party can run well into the evening. By late September sunset is around 7:10pm, so plan festoon lights for later parties.

  1. It starts with your date, the address, numbers and diets.
  2. You get a sample menu and a quote for your party.
  3. Before the day, we check the space, the way in, power and water.
  4. On the day, we arrive, set up and start serving at the agreed time.
  5. We pack down after service so the party can carry on.

How we price Mexican party catering

The same guest numbers can mean different prices, depending on:

  • Travel, parking and access
  • The menu you choose
  • Guest numbers
  • Timings and hours

Larger events can cost less per head, since the set-up is much the same either way. Tell us your numbers for an accurate price.

Getting an accurate quote

Good planning starts with a few facts. Try to include:

  • The date and time of the event
  • The venue or postcode
  • Roughly how many adults and children
  • A photo of the space, if it is a garden or field

We need only a few details to quote: the date, where the event is, how many guests and any dietary needs. Contact us for a quote: just send a quick message through our quote form.

Common questions in Denmead

How far is Denmead from London?

Roughly 59 miles from the centre of London, and we cover it.

Can you cater a reception after a service at Church of All Saints?

Yes, at a garden, field or venue nearby where the truck or trailer can park. We’d serve at the reception venue rather than at the church itself. Tell us where the reception will be.

What do you serve?

Mexican street food: tacos and build-your-own taco bars, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. A drinks bar is available too, with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas.

Can guests build their own tacos?

Yes. We can set up a build-your-own taco bar, served from the truck or a serving table, with fillings, salsas, guacamole and toppings. Read our taco bar guide.

What does Mexican party catering cost?

Every event is quoted individually, so the price fits what you want. Give us your date, numbers and menu ideas and we’ll reply with a quote.

What do you need at the venue?

The main things are access and a level spot: a firm spot for the truck or trailer, room for a queue and, for a taco bar, space for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a photo of the space and the way in.

Is Mexican food OK for kids?

Most children enjoy it, especially quesadillas or simple tacos. Tell us how many children and their ages.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, they’re part of the planning from the start. Let us know how many vegetarian and vegan guests to expect.

DIY taco night versus a caterer

A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, with allergen information for every dish.

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: see how many tacos per person. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label anything containing allergens.

For event organisers in Denmead

Planning an event for a club, school or charity in Denmead? A truck or trailer serves a crowd quickly, with options for most diets. Tell us about the event and we’ll suggest a menu.

Hosting a party at home? Send us a photo of the space and tell us about the drive and gates, and we’ll let you know if it is a good fit.

What we need at the venue

We’ll agree the spot with you before the day. It needs to meet a few simple requirements:

  • Level, firm ground or hardstanding for the truck or trailer
  • A route in that is wide and tall enough, with soft ground checked in advance
  • The venue’s or landowner’s permission for a catering vehicle

Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we’ll tell you honestly before you book.
