Prices and what affects them
We’ll give you a clear quote. The main things that affect it are:
- How long we are needed on site
- Serving staff
- The number of people
- Distance and access to the venue
A food truck can be a practical alternative to plated catering, as there’s no kitchen to hire. Contact us for a quote to compare.
Getting an accurate quote
We can quote more accurately with a few details. Here’s what’s useful:
- Access for the truck or trailer, including gates and ground
- Your date and when you want service to start
- Where the event is
- A photo of the space, if it is a garden or field
Most quotes start with a few simple details: the date, where the event is, how many guests and any dietary needs. Contact us for a quote: just send a quick message through our quote form.
Should I do it myself?
For a small group, a taco night at home can work well. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles allergen information for you.
Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.
Before you choose a spot
Everything is served from our truck or trailer, so where we park matters. These are the things we check:
- A picture of the drive or garden helps us check the space
- Permission from the venue or landowner
- Space for guests to queue
If you are unsure, send a picture of the space and the way in, and we’ll say what we think before booking.
For event organisers in Tiddington
Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: vehicle access, arrival times and documents. Tell us what your venue needs and we’ll work to it.
For big numbers, we plan service to keep queues short, so guests are looked after quickly. Let us know how long the break is.
Why choose Mexican party catering in Tiddington?
For a party that feels a little special without being formal, tacos and a taco bar fit perfectly. Extra dishes, drinks and longer service are priced on request, so you can choose what you need.
