Mexican street food for Broadwater events

What Mexican street food costs

The price comes down to a few factors:

  • Parking and the route in
  • What the venue already provides
  • The length of service
  • The number of people

Access, parking and the distance to your venue can affect the price, so tell us about the venue when you ask for a quote. The full price is confirmed in your quote.

Details that help

To check availability and price, we need:

  • The date and time of the event
  • Any dietary needs and allergies
  • Expected numbers
  • Your menu ideas

We quote for each event separately, so the price fits what you actually want. For a quote, send a quick message through our quote form.

Mexican street food in Broadwater, served fresh

We slow-cook fillings ahead and finish them on site, so service stays quick through busy periods. Popular choices include loaded nachos, burrito bowls and vegan tacos, which works well for fundraisers and fêtes and sports club events.

Summer fairs around Broadwater are often run by volunteers, so it helps to agree the pitch, power and water early. We arrive ready to serve, and clear our own area when service is finished.

Planning for every diet

Dietary needs are easy to plan for with a little notice. Our advice:

  • Ask traders about packaging and waste
  • Put picnic tables near the traders
  • Check every diet is covered by the line-up
  • Send traders one clear trader pack

On the day, we work with your site team on any changes.

Nachos for groups.

How it works

When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. By late September, it is dark in Broadwater at around 7:05pm, so an evening programme will run partly after dusk. Organisers should plan that into the site layout.

  1. It starts with your event details and pitch information.
  2. You get our stall menu, what we need at the pitch and the paperwork you request.
  3. We set up the truck or trailer on the pitch at the agreed time.
  4. Tacos, burritos and more are served to order while the event is open.
  5. When trading ends, we pack down and leave the pitch clean.

Preparing for the day

  • Get the venue’s permission for us to park and serve
  • Pick a flat, firm spot for us to park
  • Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain

How to get a price

The more you tell us, the more accurate the quote: the venue, the timings, food or drinks or both, and the access. To send your details, send a quick message through our quote form.

Planning help

Running an event in Broadwater

Broadwater is about 1 mile east of Worthing, in West Sussex. From the centre of Broadwater to the outskirts, Mexican street food works the same way: a truck or trailer at your event, options for every diet and a clear price. We cover all 371 towns and villages in West Sussex, wherever the truck or trailer can get in. You can also see our page for Brighton, about 11 miles away.

Hot food from a truck or trailer could give a school fair, for a school such as Broadwater CofE Primary School, a busy corner. If your event is in Beach House Park, the organiser will need the landowner’s permission; we will supply what they need from us. Seafront festivals and markets, with the coast within about 2 miles of Broadwater, need the organiser’s permission for traders. Send us the pitch details and we will check access.

For Mexican street food in BN14 and BN11, we plan around your venue and the route in and timings. From Forest Road, Turner Road and Langton Road or anywhere nearby, we’ll plan where to park and serve. For events just outside Broadwater, we cover Offington (1 mile north-west), Worthing (1 mile west), Salvington (1 mile north-west), East Worthing (1 mile south-east) and Sompting (2 miles east).
