Mexican street food for your event in Gosport

For festivals, numbers can be larger than most of our events, so share expected numbers and trading hours and we will plan stock and service. We serve quesadillas, vegan tacos and burrito bowls, which works well for agricultural and county shows and open days and community events.

Near Gosport, events may be far from shops and cafés, so a hot-food truck is a big help. We turn up ready to serve, and tidy our own area afterwards.

Why choose Mexican street food in Gosport?

Crew sandwiches are easy but dull. A hot burrito or taco bowl keeps crew going. A food truck can be a practical alternative to plated catering, as there is no kitchen to hire. Contact us for a quote to compare.

Should I do it myself?

Not sure whether to do it yourself or book a caterer? Think about numbers, diets and how much you want to enjoy the day. Ask us for a quote and compare.

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.

Dietary needs and planning tips

We cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free guests. To get it right:

  • Give traders a single information pack
  • Plan for vegan and gluten-free visitors
  • Share vehicle access times with traders
  • Provide seating near the food

Allergen information is available at the hatch, and the menu shows vegan and gluten-free options.

Aguas frescas and soft drinks at the stall.

How the day works

When we arrive, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, planned around your event. Christmas markets in Gosport trade in the dark from about 4:00pm, so a lit pitch helps visitors find the truck. By contrast, a midsummer fair stays light until about 9:25pm.

  1. You send us the event, the dates and the pitch details.
  2. You get our stall menu, what we need at the pitch and the paperwork you request.
  3. On the day, we arrive in the set-up window and get ready to trade.
  4. Tacos, burritos and more are served to order while the event is open.
  5. When trading ends, we pack down and leave the pitch clean.

Getting ready for the day

  • Give us a contact for the day
  • Send us final numbers and dietary needs in good time
  • Pick a flat, firm spot for us to park

How to get a price

Getting a quote is simple: tell us the date, place, numbers and any dietary needs. We will come back with a clear quote and a suggested menu.
