Step by step

When service finishes, we pack up and leave our area tidy. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. Summer events in Morestead have daylight until about 9:25pm at midsummer and about 7:10pm by late September, so evening trading typically finishes in daylight in high summer. For winter markets, dark by about 4:00pm, the pitch needs lighting.

  1. Tell us about the event and pitch.
  2. We confirm our menu, pitch needs and paperwork.
  3. We set up in the agreed window.
  4. Orders are served from the hatch while the event runs.
  5. We clear and leave the pitch clean.

How to prepare

  • Let us know the timings for the day
  • Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain
  • Give us your final numbers and diets

Crew sandwiches are easy but dull. A hot burrito or taco bowl keeps crew going. There is no one-size-fits-all price for Mexican street food. A short lunch service for a team is a different job from a full wedding day. Your quote sets it all out.
