About Mexican catering in BR4

Fillings are slow-cooked in advance and kept hot on site, while the salsas and guacamole are made fresh. We warm the tortillas as each order goes out. On the menu are burritos, a build-your-own taco bar and burrito bowls, which works well for big birthday celebrations and retirement and leaving parties.

The truck or trailer needs a level, firm spot with access to drive in, with power and water arrangements agreed beforehand. A photo of the space helps.

  1. Send us your date, numbers and venue.
  2. We plan a menu that covers every diet.
  3. We confirm the way in and where we’ll park.
  4. Guests order at the hatch or build their own at the taco bar.
  5. After the last serving, we clear our area.

Your questions about Mexican catering in BR4

What if the weather’s bad?

Rain does not usually stop service from the truck or trailer. Plan cover for guests, such as a marquee or gazebo, and tell us if heavy rain could make the ground soft.

Do you do parties at home?

Yes, as long as there is access and a level, firm spot. Send us a picture of the access and the space, and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do you need power and water?

That depends on the set-up, and we agree power and water with you before the day. Let us know whether there is a supply near where we’ll park.

Do you have options for kids?

Yes, children are easy to plan for. Let us know numbers and ages, and we’ll plan the menu with them in mind.

Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes, and we plan them in from the start. Tell us your numbers when you ask for a quote, and we will keep their options separate.

Do you serve in the rain?

Rain does not stop service from the hatch. Plan a marquee, gazebo or indoor space for guests to eat in.

When should we book?

Early, particularly for summer Saturdays. Even if it’s short notice, it is worth asking.
