The food can be kept mild, and hotter salsas go on the side for guests who like heat.

We agree a sample menu with each client. Fillings could include slow-cooked pork carnitas, chicken tinga, beef birria and vegan options such as spiced mushrooms or black beans. Our sample menu has more ideas.

We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, and give allergen information for every dish. We plan carefully and keep options separate, though we cannot promise a dish is allergen-free. If a guest has a severe allergy, please talk to us before the event.

The truck or trailer can serve in the rain, but your guests will want somewhere covered, such as a marquee, gazebo or nearby building.
