Taco catering in N9: local guide

N9 covers everything from Edmonton, Bush Hill Park and Upper Edmonton to 1 small villages and hamlets, and a food truck or trailer can work in all of them, given access. In towns, plan parking and loading; in villages, tell us about lanes, gates and ground.

Edmonton: Before you pencil in Pymmes Park, find out who manages it: driving a truck onto parkland and selling food there both need their agreement. For a fête or sports day at a school such as Brettenham Primary School, hot food from a truck or trailer saves the volunteers from cooking. Planning an evening event in Edmonton? Sunset is around 8:55pm in late May, 9:20pm at midsummer and 7:05pm in late September. For anything running past sunset, think about lights near the hatch.
