Mexican catering across TW1

Every menu is agreed with you, with fillings such as slow-cooked pork carnitas, chicken tinga or beef birria, and vegan options like spiced mushrooms or black beans. It works well for school fairs and fundraisers and markets and community events, serving burritos, tacos and burrito bowls.

The truck or trailer needs a level, firm spot with access to drive in, with power and water arrangements agreed beforehand. Send us a photo of the space if you are unsure.

  5. When you are done, we pack away.

Cost

There is no one-size-fits-all price for Mexican catering. A short lunch service for a team is a different job from a full wedding day. Your quote sets it all out.

Prices and what affects them

Your quote will be clear. What affects it most:

  • Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
  • Guest numbers
  • What’s on the menu
  • Parking and the route in

Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

  • Gate widths, slopes and the ground
  • The date and rough timings
  • Approximate guest numbers, including children
  • Where the event is

The quickest way to a quote is to drop us a line using the enquiry form. Tell us about your event in TW1, and we will suggest a menu to suit.

Catering for every guest

Nearly every event has some special diets. To cater well for them:

  • Plan a vegan filling as well as a vegetarian one
  • Send allergy details to us in writing
  • Flag anyone with coeliac disease
  • Ask guests with severe allergies to talk to us before the event

Food is served from the hatch, order by order, so everything goes out hot.

Quesadillas go down well with children.

TW1 questions

How many guests can you serve?

That depends on the menu and the service time, but around 50 to 400 guests is the usual range. For anything outside that, ask us.

Can you serve drinks as well?

We can. Our Mexican drinks bar serves margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Licensing is checked with you first.

What food and drinks do you offer?

Every menu is agreed with you. Fillings could include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. See our menu for ideas.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Yes, gluten-free options are available, made with corn tortillas. Tell us about any coeliac guests before the event so we can talk through how their food is prepared.

Do you give allergen information?

We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, with allergen information for every dish. We keep options separate, but we can’t promise anything is completely allergen-free. If a guest has a severe allergy, please talk to us before the event.

Can you set up at our venue?

Tell us about the venue and the way in, and we will check it works. Space for a queue and, if you choose one, a taco-bar table helps too.

What if it rains?

We serve from the truck or trailer whatever the weather, but guests will need somewhere covered to eat.

  • Served from our truck or trailer at your venue, garden or event
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with allergen information
  • Tacos and taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas
  • Mexican drinks bar: margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas
