How our wedding Mexican catering works in Bridge

We time service around your day: whether that’s straight after the photos or later in the evening. We go over timings with your venue beforehand. It works well for farm and barn venues and engagement celebrations, with a taco bar for the wedding breakfast, evening tacos and fresh guacamole and salsas.

Near Bridge, weddings are often in fields, barns or gardens. That is where a food truck comes into its own: no kitchen, just firm ground and access. Let us know about access, ground, power and water. How the day works

From set-up to service, we look after everything you’ve booked from us, so you can enjoy your wedding. By late September, sunset in Bridge is around 7:00pm, so an evening taco service may start as the light fades. A late-May wedding keeps its light until roughly 8:45pm.

  1. Tell us the date, the venue, day and evening numbers and your plans.
  2. We plan the food with you: wedding breakfast, evening food or both.
  3. We agree access, timings, power and water with you and your venue.
  4. On the day we set up and serve when your running order says.
  5. We pack down after service and leave our area tidy.

Before we arrive

  • Give us a contact for the day
  • Confirm the venue allows outside caterers
  • Tell us when you want service to start

Common questions in Bridge

Which station is closest to Bridge?

Guests can use Bekesbourne station, about 1.2 miles north-east of Bridge.

Do you come out to small places like Bridge?

Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.

Can you do dairy-free food?

We can. We offer dairy-free options, and we will tell you which dishes contain milk.

Can a taco bar feel special?

Served well, it feels generous and special.

Can you serve drinks at our wedding?

Yes, we have a drinks bar, with bar staff serving your guests. Your venue’s licence or a Temporary Event Notice will be needed for alcohol, and we’ll check that with you.

How long are you on site?

It depends on your event. Timings are agreed in advance so everything fits your schedule.

Do you provide allergen information for each dish?

We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, with allergen information for every dish. We plan carefully and keep options separate, though we cannot promise a dish is allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the event.

Do you have options for kids?

Of course. We can keep dishes mild, and simple options such as quesadillas or nachos can be part of the menu. Tell us how many children are coming.

Organising for someone else?

Throwing a party at home? Send a photo of the space and tell us about access, and we’ll let you know if it is a good fit.

If you are organising for someone else, whether you’re a planner, an office manager or an event organiser, we will work directly with you and the venue. It keeps things simple.

Can I do a taco night myself?

Some hosts like to do it themselves. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.

Doing it yourself? Start with the quantities: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep tortillas warm in a covered basket, and label anything containing allergens.
