Wedding Mexican catering or something else?

A taco bar is less formal than a plated meal, but with good presentation it still feels special. The cost per head can fall as numbers rise, because the set-up is similar for different sizes of event. Give us your numbers and we will quote.

About our wedding Mexican catering in Brookwood

A taco bar at a wedding feels relaxed and generous. Everyone fills their own tortillas from the fillings, salsas and toppings, and the queue becomes a chance to chat. At vow renewals and blessings and marquee and garden weddings, we can serve burrito bowls, tacos and quesadillas for your guests.

A wedding in a small place like Brookwood often means a field, a barn or a family garden. That’s where a food truck comes into its own: no venue kitchen needed, just level, firm ground and a way in. Let us know about access, ground, power and water. Guests are served from our food truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan the service around your numbers.

Catering for every guest

Every guest is catered for, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan included. To get it right:

  • Ask whether your venue allows food trucks
  • Let us know about supplier meals
  • Tell us about guests with coeliac disease or severe allergies
  • Give us separate day and evening numbers

We pack down after service; the evening carries on without us.

Tell us if you need plates, cutlery or staff, and we’ll set it out in the quote.

What affects the price in Brookwood

Every event is priced individually, and the price depends on a few things:

  • What the venue already provides
  • The number of people
  • Parking and the route in
  • Timings and hours

If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we’ll suggest a menu that fits. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Details that help

To check availability and price, we need:

  • Access for the truck or trailer, including gates and ground
  • A picture of where we’d park
  • Any dietary needs and allergies
  • Your date and when you want service to start

We quote for each event separately, based on what you need. For a quote, use our quote form.

Can I do a taco night myself?

If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: see how many tacos per person. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.

Some hosts like to do it themselves. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.

Where the truck can go in Brookwood

Plenty of outdoor spaces and venues work for us, but a few things matter:

  • Access wide and high enough to drive in, with gates and soft lawns checked first
  • Some distance from houses and neighbours
  • A place for the truck or trailer near where guests are eating

If you are unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we will say what we think.

Planning help

Your questions about wedding Mexican catering in Brookwood

Can you cater a reception after a service at Saint Saviour's Church?

Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.

Which station is closest to Brookwood?

Brookwood station, in Brookwood itself.

Can you serve drinks at our wedding?

You can add our drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas. Alcohol needs the right licence, so we will check that with you.

What do you need at the venue?

The main things are access and a level spot: a firm spot for the truck or trailer, room for a queue and, for a taco bar, space for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a picture of the space and the way in.

When should we book?

As soon as you have a date. Peak dates go quickly, so it pays to ask early.

Can you cater for guests who avoid dairy?

Yes, we can. Tell us how many guests need dairy-free food, and we’ll include them in the plan.

When do you arrive?

It depends on your event. Timings are agreed in advance to suit your day.

Can you cater for vegans and gluten-free guests?

Diets are planned in advance and kept separate. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the wedding.

  • Served from our truck or trailer at your venue, garden or event
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with allergen information
  • Tacos and taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas
  • Mexican drinks bar: margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas
