Wedding Mexican catering for Cooksbridge events
Wedding Mexican catering in Cooksbridge, from our truck or trailer
Service is planned around your running order: after the drinks reception, between the speeches or once evening guests arrive. Timings are agreed with your venue in advance. For parties after a register office wedding and blessings and vow renewals, we will put together a menu of a taco bar for the wedding breakfast, burrito bowls and quesadillas for your guests.
A wedding in a small place like Cooksbridge often means a field, a barn or a family garden. That is where a food truck comes into its own: no venue kitchen needed, just level, firm ground and a way in. Let us know about access, ground, power and water. We prepare everything fresh for your wedding and serve it straight from our truck or trailer.

How the day works
Guests tend to gather around the truck, so we’ll help you choose a spot with room for a queue. We can serve in the rain, though guests will want somewhere covered to stand or sit. For a summer wedding in Cooksbridge, the sun sets at about 9:15pm in late June and about 7:05pm in late September, so evening tacos are usually served in daylight in high summer. For autumn and winter weddings, when it’s dark by about 3:55pm in December, plan lighting around the truck or trailer.
- Send us your wedding date, venue and numbers.
- Together we plan the food for your day.
- Timings are agreed with your venue.
- On the day, we set up and serve on cue.
- We clear our area once service ends.
How to prepare

Can I do a taco night myself?
For a small group, a taco night at home can work well. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, with allergen information for every dish.
If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label dishes for guests with allergies.
