On the day, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We are ready to serve at the agreed time, planned around your event. At midsummer, sunset in Five Ashes is about 9:15pm, which helps us time evening food around your photos. Sunset is around 8:50pm in late May and 7:05pm in late September.
