Wedding Mexican catering for Isfield events

Wedding Mexican catering or something else?

A plated wedding breakfast needs a kitchen and a larger team. Our food truck or trailer brings its own kitchen, and the style is more relaxed. Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the length of service, plus any add-ons and the location. We quote for each event individually.

How our wedding Mexican catering works in Isfield

Evening food needs to be quick and filling, and tacos or loaded nachos from our food truck or trailer fit the bill without stopping the dancing for long. On the menu are quesadillas, tacos and loaded nachos, and it’s a good fit for receptions after an intimate ceremony and evening wedding food.

A wedding in a small place like Isfield often means a field, a barn or a family garden. A truck or trailer works well there: no kitchen, just firm ground and access. Let us know about access, ground, power and water. Your quote sets out what’s included: the menu, the service time and any extras you choose.

Prices and what affects them

Contact us for a quote, which reflects:

  • What the venue already provides
  • How many staff you need
  • Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
  • Your choice of food and drinks

Pricing depends on the event. A simple party menu and a full wedding day are very different jobs. Your quote sets it all out.

  • A picture of where we’d park

Every event is quoted individually, so the price fits what you actually want. To ask for one, use our quote form.

How it works

Serving is quick: we serve from the hatch or a serving station, so even a long queue moves. When service ends, we pack down. In Isfield, midsummer sunset is about 9:15pm, and by late September it is nearer 7:05pm, which means evening food is typically served in daylight in June and July. For autumn and winter weddings, when it is dark by about 3:55pm in December, plan lighting around the truck or trailer.

  1. Tell us your date, venue and numbers.
  2. Together we plan the food for your day.
  3. Timings are agreed with your venue.
  4. On the day, we set up and serve on cue.
  5. We clear our area once service ends.

How to prepare

  • Find out what power and water are available
  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer
  • Tell us when you want service to start

Your questions about wedding Mexican catering in Isfield

Do you come out to small places like Isfield?

Yes, small places are no problem, given access. Tell us about lanes, gates, ground and parking.

Do you come to events in the South Downs National Park?

We do, where the venue allows a catering vehicle. Lanes can be narrow and ground soft, so tell us how we’d get in.

Which areas do you serve?

We cater across London and the South East, East Sussex included. See all areas.

Can you cater the whole day?

Yes. We can do a taco bar for the main meal and tacos or nachos for the evening.

How is the food prepared?

We cook to order in our truck or trailer kitchen, or serve from a taco bar. Fillings are slow-cooked beforehand and finished on site.

Do you do margaritas?

Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, serving margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas such as hibiscus and horchata, and soft drinks. Your venue or event may need the right licence for alcohol, so we’ll go through the licensing with you.

What access do you need?

Level, firm ground or hardstanding for the truck or trailer, and a route in it can fit through, and the venue’s agreement. Power and water arrangements are confirmed with each booking.

What if the timings change?

We plan for it. Food is served to order, so we can start when you are ready.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

You can set up your own drinks table, but someone has to serve all evening. Our margarita bar guide has tips.

A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles allergen information for you.

  • Served from our truck or trailer at your venue, garden or event
  • Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options, with allergen information
  • Tacos and taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas
  • Mexican drinks bar: margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas
