Wedding Mexican catering in Lyneham, served fresh
Evening food needs to be quick and filling, and tacos or nachos from the truck or trailer do the job. On the menu are loaded nachos, tacos and fresh guacamole and salsas, and it is a good fit for sharing-style wedding meals and parties after a register office wedding.
Near Lyneham, weddings are often in fields, barns or gardens. That is where a food truck comes into its own: no kitchen, just firm ground and access. Tell us about lanes, gates and ground conditions. Guests are served from our food truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan service so the queue keeps moving.

Diets, allergies and planning
Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Here’s how:
- Add a dietary question to your RSVP cards
- Ask whether your venue allows food trucks
- Give us separate day and evening numbers
- Enquire early for summer Saturdays
We keep in touch with your venue coordinator on the day, so you do not have to.
Tell us if you need plates, cutlery or staff, and we will confirm what’s possible with your quote.
What affects the price in Lyneham
These are the factors that matter most:
- Your choice of food and drinks
- Whether you need disposables
- Distance and access to the venue
- How many staff you need
Larger events can cost less per head, because the set-up is similar for different sizes of event. Give us your numbers and we’ll quote.
Getting an accurate quote
For a quote, it helps to have:
- The address or venue name
- Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and allergy numbers
- How we drive in and where we can park
- Roughly how many adults and children
We quote for each event separately, based on what you need. To ask for one, fill in our quote form.
Planners, venues and businesses
Wedding planners and venue coordinators are welcome to contact us directly, and we’ll keep everyone informed on the day.
For big numbers, we plan service to keep queues short, so everyone is served promptly. Let us know how long the break is.
DIY taco night versus a caterer
You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.
You can set up your own drinks table, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. See our margarita bar guide.
Is wedding Mexican catering right for your wedding?
A buffet can leave food sitting out. Our food is served hot from the truck or trailer. Extras, such as more dishes, extra drinks or a longer service, are quoted on request, so you can choose what you need.
Why us?
- Everything served fresh from the hatch
- Allergen-aware menus
- Food and drinks from one caterer, if you want both
- Menus for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free guests
