Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in Mead End

We plan the wedding menu with you, perhaps with fillings such as carnitas, chicken tinga or birria, plus vegan options like spiced mushrooms or black beans. Popular choices include fresh guacamole and salsas, tacos and burrito bowls, and it suits day-after wedding get-togethers and receptions after an intimate ceremony.

Rural weddings around Mead End have a charm of their own, and a food truck by the barn or marquee adds to it. Plan for access, soft ground and wet-weather cover for guests. You can book food, drinks or both, so one caterer can cover more of the day.

How it works

It is a relaxed, well-organised set-up. Arrival and serving times are agreed beforehand, set up our truck or trailer, and serve without fuss. At midsummer, sunset in Mead End is about 9:25pm, so we can time the evening food around your photos. Sunset is around 8:55pm in late May and 7:10pm in late September.

  1. You send us your wedding date, venue, numbers and how you see the day.
  2. We plan the food with you: wedding breakfast, evening food or both.
  3. Timings and where the truck or trailer will stand are agreed with your venue.
  4. On the day, we set up and serve on cue, around speeches and photos.
  5. We pack down after service and leave our area tidy.

Getting ready for the day

  • Get the venue’s permission for us to park and serve
  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer
  • Give us your final numbers and diets

How we price wedding Mexican catering

These are the factors that matter most:

  • What’s on the menu
  • The length of service
  • The number of people
  • Plates, napkins and cutlery

A food truck can be a practical alternative to plated catering, because it needs no venue kitchen. Ask us for a quote.

Getting an accurate quote

Good planning starts with a few facts. Please include:

  • Where the event is
  • Approximate guest numbers, including children
  • A photo of the space, if it’s a garden or field
  • Any dietary needs and allergies

To get a price, just use our quote form. Give us the details of your wedding, and we will put together a menu and price.

Planning for every diet

Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Try these:

  • Let us know about supplier meals
  • Tell us about guests with coeliac disease or severe allergies
  • Ask whether your venue allows food trucks
  • Give us separate day and evening numbers

The truck or trailer can be placed where guests can see it.

Quesadillas suit younger guests.

Wedding Mexican catering or something else?
