Wedding Mexican catering in Old Woking, from our food truck or trailer

We can cater the wedding breakfast, the evening food or both. One option is a taco bar for the main meal and tacos or nachos later on. It works well for parties after a register office wedding and late-evening wedding food, with fresh guacamole and salsas, quesadillas and a taco bar for the wedding breakfast.

A wedding in a small place like Old Woking often means a field, a barn or a family garden. A truck or trailer works well there: no kitchen, just firm ground and access. Tell us about lanes, gates and ground conditions. We arrive ready to serve, and clear our own area when service is finished.

Old Woking: your questions answered

Do you cater in the Surrey Hills National Landscape?

Yes. Some venues there have rules about vehicles, ground and catering, so check with yours. Tell us about narrow lanes and soft ground.

We’re having a ceremony at St Peter's Church: can you cater afterwards?

Yes, at a garden, field or venue nearby where the truck or trailer can park. Service would be at the reception venue, not the church. Send us the reception address.

Do you cater for coeliacs?

Yes, with corn tortillas. Corn is naturally gluten-free, though some sauces and toppings can contain gluten, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

Can we add margaritas?

Yes, we have a drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas. Your venue’s licence or a Temporary Event Notice will be needed for alcohol, and we’ll check that with you.

How long do you serve for?

It depends on your event. We agree arrival, service and pack-down times with you to suit your day.

What if the timings change?

Tell us and we will adjust. We stay in touch with your coordinator and move the serving time if needed.

Do you bring plates and cutlery?

We confirm that with your quote. Let us know what the venue supplies and we’ll talk it through.

What do you serve?

Mexican street food: tacos, taco bars, burritos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. We also run a Mexican drinks bar.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it’s more work than it looks. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Read our guide to taco bars.

Weighing up a DIY taco night against a caterer? Think about numbers, diets and how much you want to enjoy the day. Ask us for a quote and compare.

Is wedding Mexican catering right for your wedding?

Pizza and bacon rolls are common evening choices. Tacos and loaded nachos feel a bit more special. When you compare quotes, check what each one includes: serving hours, staff, disposables, travel and VAT. Our quote sets out what’s included.

For planners, venues and organisers

If you are booking for a business, tell us what your finance team needs, and we will explain how it works. We are happy to liaise with facilities on access and timings.

Planners and coordinators can contact us directly, and we will keep you updated on timings and set-up.

Space, access and the venue

Before the day, we will agree where we park and serve. A good spot ticks these boxes:

  • A serving spot close to the marquee or reception area
  • Clear vehicle access: gate widths, height limits and the ground checked before the day
  • A flat, firm spot where the truck or trailer can stand

If you are unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we will say what we think.
