Wedding Mexican catering in Perivale, served fresh

We cater weddings in and around Perivale, from garden celebrations to marquee receptions. Tell us your plans and we’ll suggest what fits. For engagement parties at home and weddings in a marquee or garden, we’ll put together a menu of tacos, quesadillas and fresh guacamole and salsas.

London weddings around Perivale often mean a ceremony at a church or register office, then a reception at a hired venue. For a truck or trailer, the venue needs a courtyard, forecourt or car park we can drive into, so check vehicle access with the venue early. All of Greater London is inside the ULEZ, and parking needs planning. Every guest is catered for, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free included, with allergen information for everything we serve.

Perivale: your questions answered

Which station should guests use for Perivale?

Guests can use South Greenford station, about 0.8 miles south-west of Perivale.

What about parking in Perivale?

That depends on the street. A drive, a courtyard or a bay suspended by the council can all work, so tell us what’s outside your venue. The ULEZ covers all of Greater London.

Do you do a taco bar?

Yes, a taco bar is one of the ways we serve. Let us know your numbers and space and we will suggest the best set-up.

Is the food suitable for children?

Yes, children are welcome. Let us know numbers and ages, and we’ll plan the menu with them in mind.

Can you do dairy-free food?

Yes, on request. Let us know your dairy-free numbers, and we will plan the menu around them.

Do you do margaritas?

Yes. The drinks bar can be added to food or booked on its own. We’ll check the licensing for alcohol with you.

What’s on the menu?

We agree a sample menu with each client. Fillings might include slow-cooked pork carnitas, chicken tinga, beef birria and vegan options such as spiced mushrooms or black beans. See our menu for ideas.

Can you keep it mild?

We can keep it mild, with hotter salsas on the side for anyone who wants more heat.

DIY taco night versus a caterer

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.

A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles allergen information for you.

Prices and what affects them

We’ll give you a clear quote. The main things that affect it are:

  • The menu you choose
  • Timings and hours
  • The number of people
  • Whether you need disposables

Comparing caterers? Look at what each quote includes: serving hours, staff, disposables, travel and VAT. Our quote sets out what’s included.

What to tell us

You don’t need every detail fixed to get a quote, but it helps to know:

  • A photo of the space, if it is a garden or field
  • Gate widths, slopes and the ground
  • What you’d like on the menu
  • The date and time of the event

Before you choose a spot

Every venue is different, so we will ask about yours before we confirm. Generally, we look for:

  • A spot away from buildings, windows and neighbours
  • Hardstanding or firm, level ground to park on
  • A clear area in front of the hatch for a queue

Perivale is in London, inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone, which covers all of Greater London, and parking can be tight: let us know about permits, bays, off-street space or a parking suspension.

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise before booking.

How it compares

A plated wedding breakfast needs a kitchen and a larger team. Our truck or trailer brings its own kitchen, and the style is more relaxed. Larger events can cost less per head, since the set-up is much the same either way. Give us your numbers and we’ll quote.

Why us?

  • Fast service, even with a queue
  • Food and drinks from one caterer, if you want both
  • A quote that sets out what’s included
  • Access, space and power checked in advance

Take a look at our prices page or what Mexican catering costs.

Planning for every diet

We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests. To make it work smoothly:

  • Add your band and photographer to the numbers
  • Ask about diets and allergies with your RSVPs
  • Give us separate day and evening numbers
  • Check the venue’s rules for outside caterers and vehicles

If things run late, and we’ll adjust when we serve so the food is still hot.

We can feed your photographer and band too.

The menu, item by item

Salsas and guacamole

The salsas and guacamole finish every plate.

Loaded nachos

A tray of nachos is easy to share.

How the day works

Expect a friendly, organised team. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, set up our food truck or trailer, and get on with serving. For a summer wedding in Perivale, the sun sets at about 9:20pm in late June and about 7:05pm in late September, so evening tacos are normally served in daylight in high summer. Later in the year, plan lighting: in December it’s dark by about 3:55pm.

  1. We start by checking your date.
  2. You pick the menu with us.
  3. We confirm the plan with your venue.
  4. Food is served from the taco bar or the hatch.
  5. We serve, then pack down.

Preparing for the day

  • Share the running order, including any speeches
  • Name one person we can ask on the day
  • Check gates and access routes are wide and high enough

Getting a price
