When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We’re ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. At midsummer, sunset in Pinner is about 9:25pm, so we can time the evening food around your photos. Sunset is around 8:55pm in late May and 7:05pm in late September.
