Wedding Mexican catering in Radfield, from our food truck or trailer

We can cater the wedding breakfast, the evening food or both. A taco bar for the meal and loaded nachos or tacos for the evening works well. At rustic barn weddings and civil partnerships and vow renewals, we will put together a menu of fresh guacamole and salsas, a taco bar for the wedding breakfast and quesadillas.

There’s something special about a country wedding near Radfield, and a food truck by the barn or marquee adds to it. Plan access, ground and cover in case of rain. Access, space and power are agreed with you beforehand, so set-up goes smoothly.

Dietary needs and planning tips

We cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan guests. To get it right:

  • Plan a covered area for eating in case of rain
  • Ask about diets and allergies with your RSVPs
  • Let us know about severe allergies in writing
  • Let us know about supplier meals

We pack down after service; you carry on celebrating.

Extra salsas and toppings make the taco bar look generous.

How the day works

A typical event goes like this: we park up and get ready, service opens at the agreed time, and your guests are served fresh for the agreed time. In Radfield, midsummer sunset is about 9:15pm, and by late September it’s nearer 7:00pm, so evening tacos are usually served in daylight in high summer. For autumn and winter weddings, when it is dark by about 3:50pm in December, plan lighting around the truck or trailer.

  1. Tell us the date, the venue, day and evening numbers and your plans.
  2. Together we choose a taco bar, evening food or both, and we send a quote.
  3. We confirm access, the serving spot and the running order with the venue.
  4. On the day we set up and serve when your running order says.
  5. After the last serving, we clear our area.

Before we arrive

  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer
  • Tell us about narrow gates or low branches
  • Confirm numbers and diets before the day

Planning a taco wedding in Radfield

Radfield is about 2 miles east of Sittingbourne, in Kent. We cater in all 922 towns and villages in Kent. Our truck and trailer cover the area from Radfield to Canterbury (about 13 miles away).

With the Kent Downs National Landscape within about 8 miles, there are country venues, barns and gardens nearby. Ask your venue about vehicle access and ground conditions for a truck or trailer.

DIY taco night versus a caterer

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.

Wedding Mexican catering or something else?

A buffet can leave food sitting out. Tacos go straight from the hatch to the plate. There is no one-size-fits-all price for wedding Mexican catering. A short lunch service for a team is a different job from a full wedding day. Your quote sets it all out.

What you get with us

  • Quick, friendly service from the hatch
  • We cover Radfield and the whole of Kent
  • Every guest catered for, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free included
