Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in Rose Hill
Wedding taco bars feel relaxed, generous and a little different. Guests build their own plates from warm tortillas, fillings, salsas and toppings, and the queue becomes a chance to chat. It works well for engagement parties at home and big weddings with every diet, with quesadillas, tacos and a taco bar for the wedding breakfast.
A wedding in a small place like Rose Hill often means a field, a barn or a family garden. That is where a food truck comes into its own: no venue kitchen needed, just level, firm ground and a way in. Let us know about access, ground, power and water. We arrive ready to serve, and clear our own area when service is finished.
Is wedding Mexican catering right for your wedding?
A plated wedding breakfast needs a kitchen and a larger team. We bring our kitchen with us, and a taco bar feels more relaxed. Catering from a truck or trailer can be a practical alternative to a sit-down meal, as there is no kitchen to hire. Ask us for a quote.

Prices and what affects them
Contact us for a quote, and the price is based on:
- Parking and the route in
- Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
- Plates, napkins and cutlery
- The length of service
Access and travel can make a difference to the cost, so it helps to tell us about your venue. The full price is confirmed in your quote.
What to tell us
To speed things up, tell us:
- How we drive in and where we can park
- The date and time of the event
- A photo of the space, if it is a garden or field
- Whether you’d like food, drinks or both
We need only a few details to quote: date, location, guest numbers and diets. Contact us for a quote: just send a quick message through our quote form.
The menu, item by item
Taco bar wedding breakfast
The taco bar is the main event. You choose the fillings with us.
Burrito bowls
Bowls suit guests who’d rather skip the tortilla.
Planning for every diet
A Mexican menu is easy to plan for mixed diets, because options can be kept separate. A few tips:
- Check the venue’s rules for outside caterers and vehicles
- Ask about your date as soon as you have one
- Include suppliers who need feeding
- Think about a covered space for wet weather
We serve evening food when the running order says, often after the first dance.
A wider choice of salsas and toppings fills out the taco bar.
How the day works
It is a relaxed, well-organised set-up. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, set up our food truck or trailer, and serve without fuss. In Rose Hill, midsummer sunset is about 9:25pm, and by late September it is nearer 7:05pm, which means evening food is generally served in daylight in June and July. For autumn and winter weddings, when it is dark by about 3:55pm in December, plan lighting around the truck or trailer.
- Send us your wedding date, venue and numbers.
- We plan the wedding breakfast, evening food or both with you.
- We agree timings and access with the venue.
- We serve at the agreed points in the day.
- We clear our area once service ends.
Before we arrive
- Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain
- Name one person we can ask on the day
- Tell us what power and water the site has

Planning the serving area
We serve from a truck or trailer, so the spot needs a little planning. Here’s what we look for:
- Details of power and water on site, agreed when you book
- A serving point within easy walk of the reception
- The venue’s or landowner’s permission for a catering vehicle
Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we’ll tell you honestly.
Menu ideas
- Taco bar wedding breakfast
- Evening tacos
- Burritos and bowls
- Margarita bar
- Nachos to share
- Guacamole and salsas
Can I do a taco night myself?
You can set up your own drinks table, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. See our margarita bar guide.
Some hosts like to do it themselves. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.
Rose Hill questions
Could you serve our guests after a service at Church of St Mary?
Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.
Can you bring your truck or trailer to Cocksherd Wood?
Only if the landowner, often the council, allows it. Check with them, and we will provide what they ask for from us.
Can we add margaritas?
Our drinks bar can be added, with alcohol-free choices too. Licensing is checked with you and the venue.
Can you serve in the rain?
Rain doesn’t normally stop service from the truck or trailer. Plan cover for guests, such as a marquee or gazebo, and tell us if heavy rain could make the ground soft.
Are plates and napkins included?
That’s confirmed with each quote. Tell us whether your venue has crockery or you’d prefer disposables and we’ll talk it through.
What food and drinks do you offer?
Mexican street food: tacos and build-your-own taco bars, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. We also run a Mexican drinks bar.
How much space do you need?
A level, firm spot for the truck or trailer, with access wide and high enough to drive in, plus the venue’s permission. We confirm power and water with you for each booking.
Do you come to Rose Hill?
Yes. We cater across London and the South East, and Rose Hill is within our area and the rest of Slough. To check your date, fill in our quote form.
