Wedding Mexican catering near Tottenham Hale

Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in Tottenham Hale

Mixed diets are easier with a Mexican wedding menu: we plan vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free options and give allergen information for every dish. Popular choices include burrito bowls, fresh guacamole and salsas and evening tacos, and it is a good fit for garden and marquee weddings and rustic barn weddings.

Couples in Tottenham Hale often marry locally and hold the reception at a venue nearby. For a truck or trailer, the venue needs a courtyard, forecourt or car park we can drive into, so ask your venue about vehicle access and loading early. All of Greater London is inside the ULEZ, and parking needs planning. Access, space and power are agreed with you beforehand, so there are no surprises on arrival.

Planning for every diet

Most events have a mix of diets. To cater well for them:

  • Let us know about severe allergies in writing
  • Introduce us to your venue coordinator
  • Enquire early for summer Saturdays
  • Think about a covered space for wet weather

On the day, we work with your coordinator or toastmaster, so you don’t have to.

A wider choice of salsas and toppings fills out the taco bar.

Your questions about wedding Mexican catering in Tottenham Hale

Can you bring your truck or trailer to Bruce Castle Park?

Only if the landowner, often the council, allows it. Check with them, and we will provide what they ask for from us.

Can you cater a reception after a service at Tottenham Palace Theatre?

Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.

Can you cater for all our guests’ diets?

We plan carefully and keep options separate. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the wedding.

Do you cater for vegetarian guests?

Of course. We can include vegetarian and vegan fillings like black beans or spiced mushrooms.

What about power on site?

Let us know what’s available on site, such as a supply from the venue near where we’ll park, and we will confirm the arrangements with your quote.

Do you cater for suppliers?

Of course. Add your suppliers to the final numbers and we will plan for them.

Can you plan for allergies?

We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, with allergen information for every dish. We plan carefully and keep options separate, though we cannot promise a dish is allergen-free. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the event.

Can you cater for children?

Of course. Mild dishes, quesadillas and nachos can be part of the menu. Include children in your numbers.

Hosting a party at home? Send a picture of the space and tell us about access, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a truck or trailer will fit.

What wedding Mexican catering costs

Here’s what makes the biggest difference to the price:

  • What’s on the menu
  • How long we’re needed on site
  • Travel, parking and access
  • Serving staff

What’s on the menu makes a difference to the total, so share your ideas with us. We’ll suggest options to suit your budget.

Getting an accurate quote

Good planning starts with a few facts. Please include:

  • Access for the truck or trailer, including gates and ground
  • Where the event is
  • Your date and when you want service to start
  • What you’d like on the menu

The quickest way to a quote is to use our quote form. Give us the details of your wedding, and we will suggest a menu to suit.

What we need at the venue

Every venue is different, so we will ask about yours before we confirm. Generally, we look for:

  • Power and water, which we confirm with you for each booking
  • The venue’s or landowner’s permission for a catering vehicle
  • Level, firm ground or hardstanding for the truck or trailer

In Tottenham Hale, as everywhere in Greater London, the ULEZ applies and kerb space is limited. Where will the truck or trailer stop? A drive, a courtyard or a suspended bay can all work.

If you’re unsure, send a photo of the space and the way in, and we will say what we think before you book.

What we offer

  • Burritos and bowls
  • Taco bar wedding breakfast
  • Evening tacos
  • Margarita bar
  • Nachos to share
  • Guacamole and salsas

Should I do it myself?

Running your own drinks table is one option, but someone has to serve all evening. See our margarita bar guide.

A DIY taco night is possible for a crowd, but it is more work than it looks. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Read our guide to taco bars.
