Wedding Mexican catering in Walton Court, from our truck or trailer

We time service around your day: whether that’s straight after the photos or later in the evening. Timings are agreed with your venue in advance. At evening wedding food and receptions after a small ceremony, we will put together a menu of fresh guacamole and salsas, evening tacos and burrito bowls for your guests.

For a smaller place like Walton Court, a garden or farm wedding can be ideal. We need level ground and access. Access, space and power are agreed with you beforehand, so there are no surprises on arrival.

Space, access and the venue

Everything is served from our food truck or trailer, so where we park matters. These are the things we check:

  • Clear vehicle access: gate widths, height limits and the ground checked before the day
  • Power and water arrangements, confirmed with each booking
  • Permission from the venue or landowner

If you are unsure, send a picture of the space and the way in, and we will say what we think before booking.

Popular choices

  • Nachos to share
  • Taco bar wedding breakfast
  • Burritos and bowls
  • Evening tacos
  • Margarita bar
  • Guacamole and salsas

Working with your venue

Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: vehicle access, arrival times and documents. Send us your venue’s requirements and we’ll follow them.

Booking for a company? Tell us what your finance team needs, and we’ll explain how it works. We are happy to liaise with facilities on access and timings.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For larger numbers, mixed diets or a wedding, a caterer takes the pressure off, and handles allergen information for you.

Some hosts like to do it themselves. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather be with your guests, we will do the serving.

Why choose wedding Mexican catering in Walton Court?

Many food trucks only cover evening food. We can cater the wedding breakfast too, so one caterer covers the day. Extras, such as more dishes, extra drinks or a longer service, are quoted on request, so you choose what goes in.

Why us?

  • Served fresh from our truck or trailer
  • Fast service, even with a queue
  • Set-up planned with you and your venue
  • Allergen information for every dish

Common questions in Walton Court

What’s the nearest station to Walton Court for guests?

Aylesbury station, about 1.1 miles north of the centre.

Can you cater a reception after a service at Church of the Good Shepherd?

Yes. The church itself isn’t where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we will check the access.

How long do you serve for?

We get there well before service to set up. The length of service is agreed when you book, along with pack-down.

How soon do we need to book?

As early as you can, especially for summer weekends. Even if it is short notice, it’s worth asking.

Is the food suitable for children?

Yes, children are easy to plan for. Tell us how many and roughly how old, and we will plan the menu with them in mind.

Can you cater for all our guests’ diets?

Diets are planned in advance and kept separate. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the wedding.

Can you cater in a back garden?

Yes, if the truck or trailer can get in and park on level, firm ground. Tell us about the drive, gates and any slopes, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it works.

Is the food made fresh?

Fillings are slow-cooked in advance, then finished and kept hot on site. The tortillas are warmed on site, and the salsas and guacamole are made fresh.

The process

Expect a friendly, organised team. We agree arrival and serving times in advance, get the serving area ready, and get on with serving. By late September, sunset in Walton Court is around 7:05pm, which can put the evening food just after dusk. A late-May wedding keeps its light until roughly 8:55pm.

  1. Send us your wedding date, venue and numbers.
  2. Together we plan the food for your day.
  3. We agree timings and access with the venue.
  4. On the day, we set up and serve on cue.
  5. We clear our area once service ends.

Preparing for the day

  • Let us know who to talk to on the day
  • Tell us what power and water the site has
  • Send us final numbers and dietary needs in good time

How to get a price

  • Flag any coeliac guests or serious allergies
  • Count day and evening guests separately
