How our wedding Mexican catering works in Way

A food truck or trailer suits barns, marquees, gardens and venues with hardstanding, as long as we can drive in safely and park on level ground. We serve evening tacos, tacos and fresh guacamole and salsas, which works well for late-evening wedding food and marquee and garden weddings.

A wedding in a small place like Way often means a field, a barn or a family garden. A truck or trailer works well there: no venue kitchen needed, just level, firm ground and a way in. Tell us about lanes, gates and ground conditions. Every guest is catered for, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free included, and we give allergen information for every dish.

Way: your questions answered

Could you serve in Sandwich and Pegwell Bay?

Only with permission from whoever runs the park, often the council. Ask them first, and we’ll help with the information they need from us.

What’s the nearest station to Way for guests?

Guests can use Minster station, about 0.9 miles south-west of Way.

Which areas do you serve?

We cater across London and the South East, including Kent. Find your area.

Can we have a build-your-own taco bar?

Yes, a taco bar is one of our options. Tell us about your space and numbers and we’ll recommend how to serve.

Can you do gluten-free food?

Yes, with corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but some fillings, sauces and toppings may not be, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

What if the photos overrun?

It happens at most weddings. Food is served to order, so we can start when you are ready, even if that moves.

What do you serve?

Mexican street food and drinks: tacos and build-your-own taco bars, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos and quesadillas, with salsas, guacamole and toppings. We also run a Mexican drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas.

When should we book?

The sooner the better. Popular dates go first, so contact us early.

About the menu

Tortilla chips with cheese, salsa, guacamole and toppings, made for sharing.

Burrito bowls

A bowl of rice, beans, filling and toppings.

Dietary needs and planning tips

We cater for vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free and gluten-free guests. To make it work smoothly:

  • Plan a covered area for eating in case of rain
  • Tell us when the speeches will be
  • Put us in touch with your venue
  • Ask whether your venue allows food trucks

The truck or trailer can be placed where guests can see it, which makes a good photo.

Include your suppliers in the numbers if you add them to the final count.

Is wedding Mexican catering right for your wedding?

Compared with formal catering, a taco bar is relaxed and sociable, but with good presentation it still feels special. Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the length of service, along with extras and where your event is. We quote for each event individually.

  1. First, we check availability for your date.
