Wedding Mexican catering near Whitchurch

How our wedding Mexican catering works in Whitchurch

We can do the wedding breakfast, evening food, or the two together. A taco bar for the meal and loaded nachos or tacos for the evening works well. We serve quesadillas, burrito bowls and evening tacos, and it is a good fit for rustic barn weddings and late-evening wedding food.

Weddings in a place like Whitchurch often feel personal: a local church, then a marquee in a garden or field. A truck or trailer parked by the marquee fits right in. Tell us about access to the field or garden. Everything is prepared fresh for your wedding and served from our truck or trailer, so guests get it at its best.

How the day works

Guests tend to gather around the truck, so we will help you choose a spot with room for a queue. We can serve in the rain, though guests will want somewhere covered to stand or sit. At midsummer, sunset in Whitchurch is about 9:25pm, which helps us time evening food around your photos. Sunset is around 8:55pm in late May and 7:10pm in late September.

  1. We start by checking your date.
  2. You pick the menu with us.
  3. We confirm access and the serving spot with your coordinator.
  4. Food is served from the taco bar or the hatch.
  5. After serving, we clear away.

How to prepare

  • Pick a flat, firm spot for us to park
  • Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely
  • Tell us about narrow gates or low branches

  • Access wide and high enough to drive in, with gates and soft lawns checked first

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise.

How to compare caterers

DIY taco night or a caterer?

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.

If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep tortillas warm in a covered basket, and label anything containing allergens.

Planning for every diet

Good planning keeps every guest safe and happy. Try these:

  • Add your band and photographer to the numbers
  • Introduce us to your venue coordinator
  • Ask whether your venue allows food trucks
  • Ask about diets and allergies with your RSVPs

We park where the venue agrees, ideally where guests can see us, which makes a good photo.

Extra salsas and toppings make the taco bar look generous.
