Mexican catering near Normans' Bay

Mexican catering for your event in Normans' Bay

We bring our truck or trailer to events in and around Normans' Bay: gardens, fields, yards and venues with hardstanding, as long as there is safe access. For garden get-togethers and birthday parties, we can serve loaded nachos, a build-your-own taco bar and tacos and more.

Somewhere as small as Normans' Bay, a garden or field is often the venue. Tell us about narrow lanes, gates and long drives and we’ll plan for them, and soft ground after rain is worth mentioning. You can book food, drinks or both, so the food and drinks can come from one caterer.

Planning for every diet

We cater for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan guests. To get it right:

  • Let us know if a guest is coeliac
  • Tell us what other food is being served
  • Plan somewhere covered for guests to eat if it rains
  • Collect dietary needs when guests reply

If timings change on the day, tell us and we’ll adjust.

Burrito bowls suit guests who’d rather skip the tortilla.

Working with your venue

Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: where vehicles can park, access times and the paperwork they need. Tell us what your venue needs and we will work to it.

Throwing a party at home? Send us a photo of the space and tell us about the drive and gates, and we’ll let you know if it is a good fit.

Perfect for your event in Normans' Bay

Mixed diets are easy to plan for, because guests choose their own fillings and toppings. Vegans and vegetarians eat as well as anyone else.

Mexican catering or something else?

A cold buffet is simple but tends to sit out for hours. Our food is served hot, one order at a time. Access and travel can make a difference to the cost, so it helps to tell us about your venue. The full price is confirmed in your quote.

Why us?

  • Service planned around your numbers
  • A truck or trailer that comes to you
  • A menu built around your guests
  • Menus for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests

See our pricing or our guide to catering costs.

The process

We arrive in good time before service, set up the truck or trailer and get everything ready. When service opens, guests come up to the hatch or serving table. Evenings in Normans' Bay stay light until about 9:15pm in June, but by late September sunset is around 7:00pm. Festoon lights or floodlights help once it gets dark.

  1. First, send us a few details about your event.
  2. You get a sample menu and a quote.
  3. We agree access, the serving spot, power and water.
  4. On the day we park up, set up and serve hot food to order.
  5. We pack down after service and leave the area tidy.

Before we arrive

  • Choose a level, firm spot for the truck or trailer
  • Ask the venue about power and water
  • Have a marquee or gazebo ready in case of rain
