Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Alcohol at an event may need a licence, such as a premises licence or a Temporary Event Notice, so we’ll talk licensing through with you.
Can you cater in a back garden?
It depends on access. A drive or a spot nearby may work, with permission, if the garden itself is out of reach. Send us a photo and we will talk it through.

When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. A December event in Pedlinge will be in the dark from about 3:50pm, so choose a spot where guests can see what they’re ordering. In late June, by contrast, daylight lasts until about 9:15pm.
