Mexican catering in Soho, from our food truck or trailer
You can keep the menu short or make it a feast: a taco menu, or tacos plus loaded nachos, quesadillas and burrito bowls. Margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas can come from our drinks bar. We serve quesadillas, fresh salsas and guacamole and tacos, and it is a good fit for summer garden parties and fundraisers and school events.
From a hired hall to a shared courtyard, events in Soho come in all shapes. Let us know where the truck or trailer can stop, and about any height barriers or narrow entrances. We serve from the hatch of our food truck or trailer, or from a serving station, and we plan service so the queue keeps moving.

Common questions in Soho
Is parking a problem for events in Soho?
It can be tricky, so tell us about parking bays, permits or a driveway. Some streets may need a parking suspension from the council, and all of Greater London is inside the ULEZ.
Could you serve in St Anne's Churchyard?
It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we’ll send what they need from us.
Can you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes. Vegetarian and vegan fillings, such as spiced mushrooms or black beans, can be part of the menu.
Can we add a bar?
You can add our drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Alcohol needs the right licence, so we will check that with you.
How is the food prepared?
We cook to order in our truck or trailer kitchen, or serve from a taco bar. Fillings are slow-cooked beforehand and finished on site.
What space do you need?
Tell us about the venue and the way in, and we’ll confirm what we need. Space for a queue and, if you choose one, a taco-bar table helps too.
Do you cater for coeliacs?
Yes, with corn tortillas. Corn is naturally gluten-free, though some sauces and toppings can contain gluten, so we plan gluten-free dishes carefully and give allergen information.
How long are you on site?
We get there well before service to set up. Serving times are agreed with you in advance.
Space, access and the venue
Before the day, we will agree where we park and serve. A good spot ticks these boxes:
- A flat, firm spot where the truck or trailer can stand
- Agreement from the venue to bring a food truck or trailer on site
- A clear area in front of the hatch for a queue
In Soho, as everywhere in Greater London, the ULEZ applies and kerb space is limited. Where will the truck or trailer stop? A drive, a courtyard or a suspended bay can all work.
Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we’ll tell you honestly before booking.

What Mexican catering costs
The price comes down to a few factors:
- Timings and hours
- What’s on the menu
- The number of people
- Whether you add a drinks bar or food
There is no one-size-fits-all price for Mexican catering. A short lunch service for a team is a different job from a full wedding day. Contact us for a quote.
What we need to know
To check availability and price, we need:
- Any dietary needs and allergies
- A picture of where we’d park
- The date and time of the event
- Whether you’d like food, drinks or both
Getting a quote is simple: share your date, venue, numbers and diets. We will come back with a clear quote.
How it compares
Pizza and burger vans are familiar choices. Tacos, burritos and nachos feel a little different, while still being easy food most people enjoy. If you have a budget in mind, tell us, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.
Why us?
- Quick, friendly service from the hatch
- Food and drinks from one caterer, if you want both
- A truck or trailer that comes to you
- Options for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan guests

What happens on the day
We need a level, firm spot we can drive the truck or trailer onto, and we agree power and water arrangements before the day. A picture of the space helps. In Soho, the sun sets at about 9:20pm in late June and about 7:05pm in late September, so summer evening events are typically served in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 3:55pm, so winter events need lighting around the truck and the queue.
- Start by telling us about your event.
- You get a sample menu and a quote.
- Access, the serving spot, power and water are agreed in advance.
- On the day we park up, set up and serve hot food to order.
- We pack down after service and leave the area tidy.

- Put any allergies in writing for us
- Put guests with severe allergies in touch with us early
- Flag anyone with coeliac disease
Once everyone has eaten, we tidy up and pack away, leaving the space as we found it.
