Mexican catering in Steeple Aston, served fresh

Serving from a truck or trailer keeps the mood easy-going. Guests come up to the hatch, chat while they wait and take something hot back to their seats. At family celebrations and anniversaries and engagements, we will put together a menu of burrito bowls, quesadillas and a build-your-own taco bar and more.

In a small place like Steeple Aston, events are generally in a garden, a field or a nearby hall. Country lanes, long drives and gates are fine if we know about them, and firm ground matters, especially after rain. Everything is prepared fresh for your event and served from our food truck or trailer, so guests get it at its best.

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. Common snags are cold tortillas, uneven quantities and the host missing the party. If you’d rather be with your guests, we’ll do the serving.

We can, using corn tortillas. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, but some fillings, sauces and toppings may not be, so we check every dish and give allergen information.

Step by step

Serving is quick: we serve from the hatch or a serving station, so a crowd is looked after quickly. When service ends, we pack down. Around midsummer it stays light in Steeple Aston until about 9:30pm; by late September sunset is nearer 7:10pm, so summer evening service is normally in daylight. In December it’s dark by about 3:55pm, so winter events need lighting around the truck and the queue.

  1. First, send us a few details about your event.
  2. We suggest fillings and extras and send a quote.
  3. Access, the serving spot, power and water are agreed in advance.
  4. We arrive, set up and serve from the hatch.
  5. Once service ends, we clear away.
