When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. In December, the light goes in Anna Valley at about 4:00pm, so plan where guests will gather, and how it will be lit. Midsummer is the opposite, with daylight until about 9:25pm.
