Mexican bar hire for Broughton Crossing events

How we price Mexican bar hire

Every event is priced individually, and the price depends on a few things:

  • Whether you need disposables
  • Travel, parking and access
  • Adding food to drinks, or drinks to food
  • Timings and hours

Got a budget? Let us know, and we’ll suggest a menu to match. Even a simple menu can feel generous.

What we need to know

For a quote, it helps to have:

  • Whether you’d like food, drinks or both
  • Approximate guest numbers, including children
  • The venue or postcode
  • A picture of where we’d park

It is easy to get a price: tell us the date, place, numbers and any dietary needs. We will come back with a clear quote.

Mexican bar hire in Broughton Crossing, from our food truck or trailer

There are always alcohol-free drinks on the bar, so drivers and non-drinkers are not left with tap water. Popular choices include agua de jamaica, Mexican beer and margaritas, which works well for winter celebrations and staff parties.

In a rural spot like Broughton Crossing, drinks can be served from our food truck or trailer in a garden, field or by a marquee, as long as we can get in. We will talk licensing through with you. Guests are served from our food truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan service so the queue keeps moving.

Can I do a taco night myself?

A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, with allergen information for every dish.

Running your own drinks table is one option, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. See our margarita bar guide.

Space, access and the venue

We will agree the spot with you before the day. It needs to meet a few simple requirements:

  • Agreement from the venue for our bar
  • Power and water, which we confirm with you for each booking
  • A bar spot away from homes

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we’ll advise.

Popular choices

  • Agua de jamaica (hibiscus)
  • Horchata
  • Soft drinks
  • Fruit aguas frescas
  • Margaritas
  • Mexican beer

How far is Broughton Crossing from central London?

About 37 miles from central London.

How soon do we need to book?

Early, particularly for summer Saturdays. Even if it’s short notice, it’s worth asking.

What happens if it rains?

We can keep serving from the truck or trailer in the rain, but guests need somewhere covered to eat and drink, like a marquee or gazebo.

It depends on the event and the set-up, and we agree power and water with you before the day. Tell us what’s available at your venue.

Do you do drinks only?

Yes, though it pairs well with tacos. Our Mexican catering can be added too.

Do you bring plates and cutlery?

We confirm that with your quote. Tell us whether your venue has crockery or you’d prefer disposables and we’ll talk it through.

How the day works

Your timings come first. If speeches run late or the photos take longer, let us know and we will adjust where we can. In December, the light goes in Broughton Crossing at about 3:55pm, so plan where guests will gather, and how it will be lit. At midsummer, by contrast, sunset is around 9:25pm.

  1. It starts with your date, venue, numbers and what you’d like to serve.
  2. We check the licensing with you: the venue’s licence or a Temporary Event Notice.
  3. We suggest a drinks list and send a quote.
  4. On the day, our bar staff serve drinks responsibly at the agreed times.
  5. After service, we clear the bar away.
