The process

On the day, we position the truck or trailer and get the serving area ready. Service starts at the time we’ve agreed, so everything runs to your schedule. By late September, sunset in High Wycombe comes at roughly 7:05pm, so margaritas after that will be served under lights. In late May, it stays light until about 8:55pm.

  1. First, we check your date.
  2. You get a suggested drinks list.
  3. We agree where the bar goes.
  4. The bar opens at the agreed time.
  5. When the bar shuts, we clear away.

  • Allow time for a Temporary Event Notice if one is needed

We serve responsibly: under-18s are not served alcohol, and nor is anyone who has had too much.
