Expect a friendly, organised team. Arrival and serving times are agreed beforehand, set up our food truck or trailer, and get on with serving. In December, the light goes in Cripp's Corner at about 3:55pm, so an outdoor bar needs lighting from the start. Midsummer is the opposite, with daylight until about 9:15pm.
