Serving is quick: we serve from the hatch or a serving station, so a crowd is looked after quickly. Afterwards we clear our area. In December, the light goes in Enfield Island Village at about 3:50pm, so an outdoor bar needs lighting from the start. Midsummer is the opposite, with daylight until about 9:20pm.
