When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. We agree set-up and pack-down times with you and your venue. At midsummer, it is light in Seven Kings until about 9:20pm, so evening drinks can be served in daylight. In late September it is dark around 7:05pm, and in December by about 3:50pm, so evening bars need lighting.
