Our caterer checklist

Mexican bar hire in Staple, from our food truck or trailer

The margarita is the star of the bar: lime, tequila and orange liqueur, served cold, with or without a salted rim. On the menu are margaritas, soft drinks and Mexican beer, and it’s a good fit for end-of-year parties and summer garden parties.

In a rural spot like Staple, drinks can be served from our food truck or trailer in a garden, field or by a marquee, given access. Licensing for alcohol is checked with you beforehand. We plan the timings around your day, so service starts when you want it.

What happens on the day

When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We are ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. Winter receptions in Staple are dark by about 3:50pm in December, so an outdoor bar needs lighting from the start. At midsummer, by contrast, sunset is around 9:15pm.

  1. Tell us your date, venue and numbers.
  2. We go through the licensing with you.
  3. You choose the drinks with us.
  4. Our bar staff serve your guests at the agreed times.
  5. We pack down when the bar closes.

Why choose Mexican bar hire in Staple?

Wine and fizz are classic but expected. Margaritas and Mexican beer feel more relaxed. Pricing depends on the event. A short lunch service for a team is a different job from a full wedding day. Contact us for a quote.

Questions from Staple

Which station should guests use for Staple?

Adisham station, about 2.9 miles south-west of the centre.

Could you serve our guests after a service at Church of St James?

Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. Service would be at the reception venue, not the church. Tell us where the reception will be.

What’s on the menu?

Every menu is agreed with you. Fillings might include chicken tinga, pork carnitas, al pastor-style pork and vegan options like black beans. See our menu for ideas.

Do you do drinks only?

Of course. Our Mexican catering can be added too.

Do you come to Staple?

Yes. We cover London and the South East, and Staple is within our area. For a quote, drop us a line using the enquiry form.

Do you check ages at the bar?

Yes. Under-18s are not served alcohol, and anyone who has had too much won’t be served more.

Do you provide drinks?

Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Your venue or event may need the right licence for alcohol, so we’ll check the licensing with you.

Is there something for non-drinkers?

Yes. Aguas frescas and soft drinks are alcohol-free, along with soft drinks.
