DIY taco night or a caterer?
You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.
Running your own drinks table is one option, but someone still has to mix, pour and keep an eye on it all evening. See our margarita bar guide.

How it works
The truck or trailer needs a level, firm spot with access to drive in, and we agree power and water arrangements before the day. A photo of the space helps. In Bray Wick, it is light until about 9:25pm in June but dark by about 3:55pm in December, so autumn and winter parties need more thought about lighting.
- Send us your date, where the party is, numbers and dietary needs.
- You get a sample menu and a quote for your party.

- We set up and serve tacos and more while your guests enjoy the party.
- We pack down after service so the party can carry on.
Before we arrive
