Mexican party catering for your party in South Ascot

Tacos are relaxed party food: easy to eat with one hand, so guests can keep chatting. At housewarmings and exam-results parties, we can serve burritos, tacos and guacamole and salsas and more.

In a place like South Ascot, a garden party is typically the easiest option. Tell us about the drive, gates and parking, and we’ll do the rest. Guests are served from our truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan service so the queue keeps moving.

Planning the serving area

Many gardens, fields and venues can take a truck or trailer, but there are a few things to check:

  • A photo of the drive or garden helps us check the space
  • Details of power and water on site, agreed when you book
  • A spot away from buildings, windows and neighbours

If in doubt, send us a picture of the spot and the access, and we will advise.

What we offer

  • Taco bar
  • Guacamole and chips
  • Loaded nachos
  • Tacos
  • Burritos
  • Quesadillas

Mexican party catering or something else?

Pizza is a familiar party choice. Tacos and nachos feel a little different. Extra dishes, drinks and longer service are priced on request, so you can choose what you need.

Why us?

  • Served fresh from our food truck or trailer
  • A clear quote
  • Menus for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan guests
  • Food and drinks from one caterer, if you want both

See how we price and the cost guide.

Prices and what affects them

Here’s what makes the biggest difference to the price:

  • How many guests we are serving
  • Food, drinks or both
  • Staff for serving and the bar
  • What’s on the menu

Got a budget? Let us know, and we will suggest a menu that fits. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Details that help

To speed things up, tell us:

  • A picture of where we’d park
  • Gate widths, slopes and the ground
  • Diets and allergies you know about
  • Where the event is

It is easy to get a price: tell us the date, place, numbers and any dietary needs. We’ll come back with a clear quote and a suggested menu.

What’s on the menu

Burritos

A filling burrito wrapped up to eat on the go.

Loaded nachos

Crisp chips loaded with toppings.

Organising for someone else?

Venues often have their own rules about outside caterers: where vehicles can park, access times and the paperwork they need. Tell us what your venue needs and we’ll work to it.

If your event is in a public space, such as a park, check what permission you need first. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.

Perfect for your party in South Ascot

It feeds a crowd without anyone stuck in the kitchen, and the truck or trailer is a talking point.

We cater all kinds of occasions in South Ascot and nearby. Some of the most common are:

  • Neighbourhood celebrations
  • Christenings and naming days
  • Retirement celebrations
  • New-home celebrations

A birthday picnic in Silwood Park sounds fun, but bringing in a catering vehicle needs the owner’s agreement.

  • Travel and parking costs
  • A food hygiene rating you can check

Questions to ask before booking

The process

Guests tend to gather around the truck, so we’ll help you choose a spot with room for a queue. Rain does not generally stop us serving, but guests will need somewhere covered. Sunset in South Ascot ranges from about 9:25pm at midsummer to about 3:55pm in December, so autumn and winter parties need more thought about lighting.

  1. Tell us when and where, and how many.
  2. We suggest a menu and send a quote.
  3. We check access and arrive before your guests.
  4. Guests order at the hatch or build their own tacos.
  5. We clear our area when service ends.

How to prepare

  • Find out what power and water are available
  • Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely
  • Confirm numbers and diets before the day

Questions from South Ascot

Is it possible to have you in Silwood Park?

It depends on the park’s owner, who would need to agree to a catering vehicle on site. Ask them first; if they say yes, we’ll send what they need from us.

We’re having a ceremony at Church of All Souls: can you cater afterwards?

Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. We’d serve at the reception venue rather than at the church itself. Send us the reception address.

How is the food prepared?

We slow-cook fillings ahead, then finish them and keep them hot at your event. The tortillas are warmed on site, and the salsas and guacamole are made fresh.

What do you serve?

Every menu is agreed with you. Fillings could include slow-cooked pork carnitas, chicken tinga, beef birria and vegan options such as spiced mushrooms or black beans. See our menu for ideas.

Do you bring plates and cutlery?

Let us know what you’d like and we will include the options in your quote.

How much is a food truck for an event?

Every event is quoted individually, so the price fits what you want. Tell us your date and numbers for a clear quote.

How many guests can you serve?

That depends on the menu and the service time, but around 50 to 400 guests is the usual range. For anything outside that, ask us.

How much space do you need?

Access and level ground matter most: a firm spot for the truck or trailer, room for a queue and, for a taco bar, space for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a photo of the space and the way in.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. There are fillings to slow-cook, tortillas to keep warm and salsas to make. Our taco bar guide explains how.

DIY catering keeps costs down, but the host spends the party serving. Booking a caterer means you can relax with everyone else.
