Mexican party catering in Linchmere
Can I do a taco night myself?
A DIY taco night works well for a small group. For big numbers or lots of diets, a caterer makes life easier, and handles allergen information for you.
You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.
Mexican party catering for your party in Linchmere
A build-your-own taco bar is ideal for a party: everyone builds their own tacos from the fillings and toppings, so everybody gets what they like. On the menu are burritos, tacos and a build-your-own taco bar, and it suits family reunions and naming days and christenings.
Country parties near Linchmere suit a food truck or trailer: parked up on firm ground and serving from the hatch. Plan a gazebo for guests in case of rain. Your quote sets out what’s included: the menu, the service time and any extras you choose.

Each event is quoted on its own, based on a few main things:
- Travel, parking and access

The cost per head can fall as numbers rise, because the set-up is similar for different sizes of event. Tell us your numbers for an accurate price.

FAQs for Linchmere
Could you serve our guests after a service at The Parish Church of St Peter?
Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. Service would be at the reception venue, not the church. Send us the reception address.
Do you cater in villages like Linchmere?
Yes. Villages and hamlets are part of our area, and the main thing is access: tell us about the lane, the gate and the ground.
What do you need at the venue?
A level, firm spot for the truck or trailer, with access wide and high enough to drive in, plus the venue’s permission. We confirm power and water with you for each booking.
Can you serve from my drive or garden?
That depends on the way in and the ground. Tell us about gates, slopes and soft lawns, and we will confirm.
Do you need power and water?
Tell us what the site has, such as a supply from the venue near where we’ll park, and we will confirm what we need with your quote.
Do you cook on site?
We slow-cook fillings ahead, then finish them and keep them hot at your event. The tortillas are warmed on site, and the salsas and guacamole are made fresh.
Can you run a bar?
Yes, we run a Mexican drinks bar, with margaritas, Mexican beer, aguas frescas and soft drinks. Your venue or event may need the right licence for alcohol, so we will go through the licensing with you.
Can you cater for special diets?
We keep vegetarian and vegan fillings separate. Ask anyone with a severe allergy to speak to us first.
Working with your venue
Wedding planners and venue coordinators are welcome to contact us directly, and we will keep you updated on timings and set-up.
For larger events, we plan serving points around your timings, so guests are looked after quickly. Let us know how long the break is.
Where the truck can go in Linchmere
We’ll agree the spot with you before the day. It needs to meet a few simple requirements:
- Some distance from houses and neighbours
- Level, firm ground or hardstanding for the truck or trailer
- A picture of the drive or garden helps us check the space
If you’re unsure, send a picture of the space and the way in, and we will say what we think before booking.
