What happens on the day

When service finishes, we pack down and clear our own area. Set-up and pack-down times are agreed with you and the venue. For an evening event in Basted, sunset is about 8:50pm in late May and 9:20pm in late June; after that, the trading area needs lighting from the organiser or the site.

  1. First, we check the dates.
  2. We agree the menu and the pitch.
  3. We send the paperwork your event asks for.
  4. The hatch opens when the event does.
  5. We trade, then pack down.
