Mexican street food for Cyprus events
Mexican street food in Cyprus, served fresh
Tacos, burritos and bowls are easy to eat on the move, which suits festival crowds. At agricultural and county shows and race days and sports events, we’ll put together a menu of quesadillas, loaded nachos and tacos.
In Cyprus, community events include street parties, school fairs and markets. Organisers usually need council permission for public spaces and road closures, and we will provide what the organiser asks for from us. Guests are served from our food truck or trailer, or from a serving table nearby, and we plan service so the queue keeps moving.

The process
When we arrive, we park the truck or trailer in the agreed spot and set up. We are ready to serve at the agreed time, so everything runs to your schedule. Late-September events in Cyprus see sunset at about 7:05pm, so later trading needs some lighting. Tell us how the site will be lit when you send the pitch details.
- It starts with your event details and pitch information.
- We confirm our menu, our pitch needs and the paperwork your event asks for.
- We set up the truck or trailer on the pitch at the agreed time.
- We cook to order and serve through the agreed trading hours.
- When trading ends, we pack down and leave the pitch clean.
Before we arrive
- Tell us what power and water the site has
- Plan a covered area for guests if rain is likely
- Let us know the timings for the day
How to get a price

Should I do it myself?
You can host your own taco night for a crowd, but it takes planning. Fillings need slow cooking, tortillas need warming as you go, and salsas need making. Our taco bar guide explains how.
Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.
