A typical event goes like this: we arrive and set up, service opens at the agreed time, and we serve your guests fresh until service ends. At midsummer, events in Mayfair stay light until about 9:20pm, so evening trading normally finishes in daylight in high summer. For winter markets, dark by about 3:55pm, the pitch needs lighting.
