Our drinks bar can be added to any booking, with bar staff serving margaritas, Mexican beer and aguas frescas. Alcohol needs the right licence, so we’ll check that with you.
Do you take everything away?
We pack down and leave our area tidy. Tell us the venue’s rules on waste and clearing up and we will confirm the arrangements with your quote.
Do you cater for coeliacs?
Yes, gluten-free options are available, using corn tortillas. Tell us about any coeliac guests before the event so we can talk through how their food is prepared. See are corn tortillas gluten-free?
Can you plan for allergies?
We plan allergen-aware menus, including for nut allergies, and give allergen information for every dish. We plan carefully and keep options separate, though we can’t promise a dish is allergen-free. If a guest has a severe allergy, please talk to us before the event.
Can you cater for special diets?
Diets are planned in advance, with options kept separate, but we cannot promise a kitchen without traces of any allergen. Guests with severe allergies should talk to us before the event.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Yes, on request. Tell us how many guests need dairy-free food, and we will include them in the plan.
