Choosing a Mexican caterer

Wedding Mexican catering for your wedding in Bredgar

We time service around your day: after the drinks reception, between the speeches or once evening guests arrive. We go over timings with your venue beforehand. On the menu are quesadillas, loaded nachos and fresh guacamole and salsas, and it’s a good fit for civil partnerships and vow renewals and informal wedding breakfasts.

There is something special about a country wedding near Bredgar, and tacos served from a truck in a field add to it. Plan access, ground and cover in case of rain. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free guests, and we give allergen information for every dish.

Working with your venue

If you are planning an event on someone’s behalf, such as a wedding planner, an office manager or a festival organiser, we’ll work directly with you and the venue. It saves passing messages back and forth.

Wedding planners and venue coordinators are welcome to contact us directly, and we’ll keep everyone informed on the day.

DIY taco night or a caterer?

If you do it yourself, work out quantities first: our guide to how many tacos per person helps. Keep warmed tortillas covered, and label anything containing allergens.

Plenty of people try a DIY taco night at home. The usual problems are cold tortillas, running out of a popular filling and a host stuck at the stove. If you’d rather enjoy the party, let us serve.

What wedding Mexican catering costs

Here’s what makes the biggest difference to the price:

  • Staff for serving and the bar
  • The menu you choose
  • Guest numbers
  • Food, drinks or both

Extra dishes, drinks and longer service are priced on request, so you can choose what you need.

What to tell us

We can quote more accurately with a few details. Here’s what to include:

  • Diets and allergies you know about
  • Roughly how many adults and children
  • Whether you’d like food, drinks or both
  • Your date and when you want service to start

We quote for each event separately, based on what you need. For a quote, tell us about it on our contact page.

Why choose wedding Mexican catering in Bredgar?

Evening food is often pizza or bacon rolls. Tacos and loaded nachos feel a bit more special, and they’re just as easy to eat. Got a budget? Let us know, and we will suggest a menu to match. A simple menu can still feel generous.

Planning help

Bredgar: your questions answered

What’s the nearest station to Bredgar for guests?

Guests can use Sittingbourne station, about 2.6 miles north-east of Bredgar.

We’re having a ceremony at Church of St John the Baptist: can you cater afterwards?

Yes, at a nearby garden, marquee or hall with access for the truck or trailer. Service would be at the reception venue, not the church. Send us the reception address.

Can you cater for guests who avoid dairy?

Yes, we can. Tell us how many guests need dairy-free food, and we will include them in the plan.

How much space do you need?

Access and level ground matter most: a firm spot for the truck or trailer, room for a queue and, for a taco bar, space for a serving table. If in doubt, send us a picture of the space and the way in.

Is the food made fresh?

Food is cooked to order in our truck or trailer, or served from a build-your-own taco bar. Slow-cooked fillings are prepared in advance and kept hot on site.

How much does wedding Mexican catering cost in Bredgar?

We quote for each event, based on what you actually need. Tell us your date and numbers and we’ll reply with a quote.

Do you have options for kids?

Of course. We can keep dishes mild, and simple options such as quesadillas or nachos can be part of the menu. Include children in your numbers.

Do you come to Bredgar?

Yes. We cover London and the South East, and Bredgar is within our area and the rest of Kent. To check your date, send a quick message through our quote form.
