If a space isn’t suitable, we’ll tell you. The main points are:

  • Room for a queue in front of the serving hatch

Not sure about your space? Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly.

The process

Expect a friendly, organised team. Arrival and serving times are agreed beforehand, set up our food truck or trailer, and serve without fuss. Golden-hour photos in Kitwood at midsummer come around 9:25pm, which helps us time evening food around your photos. In late May, sunset is about 8:55pm, and in late September about 7:10pm.

  1. Tell us your date, venue and numbers.
  2. We plan the wedding breakfast, evening food or both with you.
  3. Timings are agreed with your venue.
  4. We serve at the agreed points in the day.
  5. We pack down and leave our area tidy.

Planning help

Diets, allergies and planning

Dietary needs are easy to plan for with a little notice. Our advice:

  • Introduce us to your venue coordinator
  • Count day and evening guests separately
  • Add a dietary question to your RSVP cards
  • Tell us about guests with coeliac disease or severe allergies

We serve evening food when the running order says, such as after the cake is cut.

Nachos to share work well later in the evening.

For event organisers in Kitwood

Events in public spaces, like parks, typically need permission. We can send what the landowner or council needs from us.

Planning an event for a club, school or charity in Kitwood? A truck or trailer serves a crowd quickly, with options for most diets. Tell us about the event and we’ll suggest a menu.

About the menu

Burrito bowls

What affects the price in Kitwood

Two events with the same number of guests can cost different amounts, because of:

  • Food, drinks or both
  • The length of service
  • Whether you need disposables
  • Serving staff

Cost depends on guest numbers, the menu and the length of service, plus any add-ons and the location. Every event gets its own quote.

Your questions about wedding Mexican catering in Kitwood

We are having a ceremony at Church of the Good Shepherd: can you cater afterwards?

Yes. The church itself is not where we’d set up, but a hall, field or garden close by with room for the truck or trailer can work well. Let us know the reception address and we’ll check the access.

How far is Kitwood from central London?

It is about 50 miles from central London, and inside the area we cover.

Do you cater for suppliers?

Yes. Add your suppliers to the final numbers.

Do you do a wedding bar?

Our drinks bar can be added. Licensing is checked with you and the venue.

Do you take everything away?

We clear our own area when service is finished. For anything beyond that, such as guests’ tables, ask us.

Is Mexican street food too casual for a wedding?

It can be as relaxed or as polished as you like, depending on how it is served.

What does wedding Mexican catering cost?

It depends on guest numbers, the menu, the length of service and the location. Contact us for a quote.

Can you cater the whole day?

We can. We can do a taco bar for the main meal and tacos or nachos for the evening.

Why choose wedding Mexican catering in Kitwood?

It fits barns, marquees and gardens, where a formal sit-down meal is harder to manage.

If you are planning any of these, we can help:

  • Marquee and garden weddings
  • Relaxed wedding breakfasts
  • Engagement parties
  • Receptions after an intimate ceremony

If you’re marrying at a church near Kitwood, such as Church of the Good Shepherd, a reception in a garden, field or venue nearby keeps the day flowing. We can set up while the photos are taken.
